After difficult and prolonged battles with bureaucracy, after a lot of waiting, doing and re-doing the project, we managed to open, in March, the building site for the second URBAN SPACES – the Mumuleanu 14 project.

Three of the URBAN SPACES projects are part of the HILARIOPOLIS city – an installation presented by ADNBA in the central exhibition Reporting from the Front, La Biennale di Venezia 2016.

After difficult and prolonged battles with bureaucracy, after a lot of waiting, doing and re-doing the project, we managed to open, in March, the building site for the second URBAN SPACES – the Mumuleanu 14 project.
