Aerogării
URBAN SPACES Aerogării (arch. unuArchitects) is still in the early PUD phase, a predominantly residential project (approximately 80%), with 52 apartments arranged in a building with a height regime of G+4, where the ground floor is dedicated exclusively to retail and HoReCa functions.
Located in the northern part of Bucharest, just 2 minutes from the future metro station and with easy access to Herăstrău or the office area in Aviației/Pipera, the project becomes attractive for both investors and future tenants.

The apartments are generally compact in size, studios, two-room or two-room+ units, where a small workspace is added to the bedroom, designed for those who work from home. The aerodynamic shape of the building allows each apartment to benefit from multiple facades and natural light from various directions, sometimes even cross-ventilation, while offering two more intimate interior courtyards, protected from street noise, dedicated exclusively to residents.
