Urban Spaces

Polizu

URBAN SPACES Polizu (arch. ADN BA) is our first non-residential project, started before the pandemic, but which was ‘put on pause’ due to the work from home trend and the administrative bottlenecks that emerged in the approval process for PUZ urban planning documentation. We are however eager to resume it and we believe that, five years after the start of the pandemic and after working from home has become a new normal, things have settled and the office market is beginning to thaw. More and more employers feel the need to bring their teams back to the office, even in a hybrid system: 3-2, 4-1 or longer periods of work from anywhere, which restores the meaning and value of the physical workspace.

ADDRESS

Bucharest, Romania

Location

Polizu benefits from an ultra-central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Piața Victoriei and Gara de Nord, with excellent access to public transport and in a neighborhood with dynamic surroundings. The shape of the plot and urban planning regulations naturally led to the development of a mixed-use retail & office project, designed for the real needs of those returning to the office.

OFFICE

The project is dedicated to class A offices, certified for durable and sustainable buildings (BREEAM/LEED), combining informal common spaces, specially created for interaction, collaboration and the exchange of ideas, with private and intimate spaces, where employees can focus and work efficiently. It is a space with personality, well thought-out and functional, designed to support the wellbeing and confidence of teams, to attract and motivate employees, with a direct impact on their productivity and their attachment to the company.

URBAN SPACES Polizu is, in essence, a contemporary vision of the urban office: not just a workplace, but a place people return to with pleasure, one that offers them comfort, flexibility and a sense of belonging to a community. An Urban Spaces project that looks ahead and has a very clear understanding of how the way we work and interact has changed.
